Thank you for signing up for this year's East Coast Xterra Challenge!
I am reaching out to you today to go over a few items.
1. Please check the following page:
http://ecxc.nexterra.org/index.php?go=attendees - If you are listed under the "Fully Registered Drivers" header, that means we have received your event registration payment. Thank you!
- If you are listed under the "Pending Drivers" header, that means we have not received your event registration payment yet. If you are still planning to attend, please send the payment over via PayPal to
ecxc@nexterra.org as soon as possible. The cutoff date for final payments and event sign-up is June 30!
2. The cutoff date for our shirt order is June 24.
- If you have paid the event registration fee by then, you will be guaranteed an event shirt.
- If you do not pay the registration fee by June 24, then you will not be guaranteed an event shirt. We've had issues in the past where we were stuck with way too many extra shirts for those who had signed up, but ended up not paying and coming to the event.
3. All paid registered drivers will receive one event shirt. If you would like an extra shirt, you may order them here:
http://ecxc.nexterra.org/index.php?go=tshirts **Note that only paid drivers will appear in the drop-down box.
4. Children 12 and under are free, and will not be charged the guest fee for the Saturday night cookout. However, please let us know if you will be bringing any children 12 and under, and how many, as this will help us to provide an accurate count to the caterer.
