I always seem to end up buying new gear when I start getting excited about camping. This year, I decided it was time to dump the 40 year old axe, so I picked up one of these.

The saw is held in the handle by a magnet. I got mine off of Ebay and it was delivered today, pretty damn fast shipping! I think it was $35.

Okay, after using it...it is great if you want a small axe to throw in a pack but, lacks the weight to do any serious damage.
