Hi everyone.. I'm probably going to be painting my stock alloy wheels as they look like crap.. Anyone have first hand experience on a paint brand that seems to hold up better than others. I have some ideas and painted a few sets of wheels in the past, wondering if anyone prefers one to another? Yes,I do realize they will need constant touching up etc..good coronavirus virus project as I work a little renewing of the x..

I painted my S trim wheels on my first X. Take your time. Pull two at a time and carefully wrap newspaper around the tire. Use alcohol or brake cleaner to get the wheel as clean as possible, including the inside. Spray with self-etching primer. If you want toughness, go with bed liner in a rattle can. They're a pain and they can clog but the finished product looks really good and can take a hit. YMMV
