 Post subject: abs code reader

Thought I'd post a quick review that may help,others. I had the dreaded abs,vdc and slip light come on which can be caused by any number of things. I refused to take it the dealer and researched scan tools that can read and clear abs codes and bought this.

Bluedriver bluetooth code reader,uses your phone or tablet as the screen and can read and clear much more than a typical unit. It also has a database of known fixes etc for each code.
I HAD SUCESS...driver front abs wire had rubbed the tire and wire was exposed, I had a spare and after some spicing since the plug was fd it all works and I cleared the codes. Disconnected the battery and then drove straight for about 100 ft to reset the vdc, which does work, and all good so far...and no trips to the dealer.....
