I was able to add the one Small event shirt to the order.

If you guys make sweatshirts, I'll definitely buy a couple since I couldn't make the cut off for the shirts. Please keep me posted if I may still be able to get a shirt or how do I go about getting sweatshirts if they're being made. Thanks! :)

I could not add any shirts to the order that’s already in.
The list in the OP is up to date. If you’re on it you’re good. If you’re paying through paypal and have not please do so now. If you’re paying cash at the event please have the exact amount on hand when you arrive.

I’ll see how many folks would want a shirt and/or sweat shirt. If its worth doing cost wise I’ll let you know.

Guys please...
I am not a NEXTerra Officer. I was asked to be a member of the “Executive Committee” by the NEXTerra Officers to help with NEXTerra events like the April Fools Run and with the NEXTerra board.
I do not make any money when I volunteer putting these things together. The club did not make any money hosting this event. I personally fronted the money for the event logo, sticker and shirt plus all the shipping costs.
When I run these things I try to do so on a very close budget so that it won’t cost too much for you.
In this case I lost money.
I don’t mind as long as it’s not wasted money, that you all had a good time and that I’ve given something to the community…our community.
If I ever run an event again that offers an event shirt the shirt will be offered in a separate thread like this one and not within the sign up process.
This way there will be only simplest instructions to follow in only one place that will be hopefully harder to forget.
Please pay for the event shirt you ordered. Please don't make me chase after you.

I feel for you and appreciate your work to do the shirts and stickers. They came out great. Nothing worse than people not paying up for what they requested (been in your shoes). Not sure what you have left but I'd be willing to take another sticker and or a shirt (large or XL) if available off your hands if it helps you not lose $$.
