Had a great time at GG, a bit sloppy but fun. Nice seeing everyone and meeting all the new guys. I had dreams of snake hill, hopefully Ernie has pics or video,it was crazy.

Great Pics LizardKing, and thanks for being an awesome trail leader and putting up with us Noobs. I'll be uploading pictures and one video of the water portion of our excursion within the hour.

Great day on the trails! Thanks again to nexterra for putting this event together!

Dave thanks for leading our group. It was a great first time for me and would love to get back soon.

Also if you get a chance it would be great if you could PM the list of items for the lift on my 1st gen you mentioned while we were on the trail. That extra clearance would come in handing next time.

Thank you everyone for attending the event.
I have some vids but I will have to figure out how to get them off my phone  .
I contacted the NEA and told them of the damage.
we will plan a trail day for May to repair the trails.

Dave was recomending me a PML and BL to get a quick 3/3.5 inches. Im assuming he told Tony the same.

Well for a pml all you need is shackles and to crank the torsion bars up a little bit then an alignment. Shackles can be had from 4x4parts.com or calmini. If you search around for pml on clubxterra.org or Xterranation you can find plenty of write ups for them. As for the body lift well that can be had fairly cheap also is you piece it all together yourself. I'm sure if you search either of the sites mentioned above for DIY body lift you can find plenty of info for that also. When all is said and done you will get between 3-3.5 inches of lift and be able to clear 33s

PML and BL is exactly what I suggested, less than $200 to get 3-3,5 inches of lift!
