You need to upload them to a hosting site, like Photobucket, and then use the img tag to link it.

Mike,

Shop says it's a burned out actuator motor. I'm off now to pick her up. Still have to take the axle back off to change the seal and clip but she's back on the road shortly!

if it was the actuator , then why when you guys tried manually turning it to 2 wd it would not budge?

Wondering that myself. There might be another sensor on the front of the T-case. If the actuator doesn't work then the whole thing isn't getting the same signals and just clicks back to what it was in before. I swore I had the T-case in 4 High but when I put it back together and fired the truck up, if all the sensors weren't getting the same signal then it may not have seen the shift out of 4 lo. I may not have had it all the way into 4 High either. Might help to explain why the key in T-case wouldn't stay in 2wd as the actuator and that other sensor weren't in agreement and wouldn't release.
