What snow? We only got about 2 to 3 inches in most of the areas around here from that last storm, Plus after the storm went through, the entire week after warmed up to as much as 50 to 55 degrees this past Friday and Saturday. Nighttime temps have been in the 20's or lower, but even today now at 3pm the temp is 39. I dont see snow being a problem at this time. Between now and the 8th so far its looking like maybe some snow showers could happen (around 40% Chance) with no one talking about anything more than a dusting.

FYI, I am getting reports of a snow storm being expected for the NYC and north Jersey area this coming Friday (Jan. 7). Not sure how much to expect, but the current talk is that it could be around six or more inches.

In light of the forecast, my attendance may be a last minute decision which may depend on the road conditions. (Sure, I can drive through that stuff, but do I want to do so for what is close to a three hour drive on dry and good roads?). If I do attend, my choice of trail levels will depend on the trail condition -- i.e., I may downgrade to greens.

Latest Locals are saying there is a 50% chance this storm could maybe drop around 2 to 4 inches in the Pocono Area , which is a little more than an hour North of RC area, Even where I am (about 20 minutes North of RC) they are saying its a 30% chance of snow, but still arent showing any accumulation yet.

Too bad you can?t make the run; if you?re just 20 minutes North maybe you could stop O?Neil?s afterwards and let me buy you a beverage as a small thank you??

Thanks bro.
If it's you, Mike and that guy with the nice toy I'd be a drag. If it snows heavy you guys will be running with the blue anyway so you might still have a chance to pull me out of some crap.

Are you admitting that I carried you at the ECXC challenge?
