Brookridge makes gremlin look like Freetown. I did that without a locker or winch as well. Got hung up on two stumps but I surprized myself. Actually found brookridge to be easier in the winter. Xterras are definitely badass! But its how aggressive you want to get. Choosing the right lines, and becoming a more strategic driver, you don't nessesary need all the extras. But they help make it easier.
