Is it this guy? Spotted it yesterday at South Bay Center and left a calling card. Hard to see in my pic but he's got MTs and a red arrow on the hump.

Definitely looks like the one I saw. I wanted to get a better look and see how much trimming he did to keep the front plastic fenders on with those tires.
