yea it was a pretty heavy duty bumper with a tire mount and there were two circular holes cut in into it and you could see the exhaust pipes running up to them. wonder what it was doing out in Rochester. If i see it again I will try and get a picture

I live in that area. and i've never seen that truck.. I'm always going to marion and wareham. Two town close to rochester. but i'll keep an eye out though.
