Spotted on Craigmoor Rd in West Hartford, CT ~1.15pm on Sunday 9/22/2019. Looked like he was cutting through Craigmoor Rd to get from North Main St to Troutbrook. I was walking the dog, just saw it drive by. Brown 1st gen, CT plates, had what looked like a body lift, rear tire carrier, lots of stickers in the rear windows, and what looked like aggressive tires & sliders. Didn’t see the front. Seen this guy a bunch of times in the center, and on 84, usually around the Park Rd exit. I’m always working when I see him, so I’m unable to try and talk to him. |
