they are talking about NORA. They have not starting doing any work. The plans have been approved. I have been in touch with the guy running it because i am starting a 4x4 club at Bloomsburg (very close) and i will let GPAX now what the deal is when i know. There is that meeting coming up for it too. All the info is on that thread over on thenewx.
