Not Xterra related, but I bought a Guitar Hero III on ebay from this douchebag----->jasonlb83 (Florida)

Auction was won on March 2. Paid $56.01 for the item and $18.00 for shipping. Paid IMMEDIATELY.

Got the game and guitar 2 weeks later. Opened up game (which was unwrapped already) and it was scratched. Hoping for the best, I put it in. I could only play 2 1/2 songs for the entire game.

Sent message to sell explaining the situation. He apologized and said if I sent the game to him, he would replace it and reimburse me for shipping.

March 27 I sent a message checking on status. Seller stated that he was away and will send it out on 3-31 when he returns.

Let me just say that I'm still waiting. :evil: :evil: :evil:

Had he stated it was used? What a dick. Maybe Tiffany can go rough him up. I bought over $3,000 worth of items from eBay over 3.5 years and didn't have a problem, then one day met the dickiest person ever (okay the second dickiest) but anyway, I got the vibe while asking questions, so I backed off and bought the item a couple months later from someone else.

I'm sorry you have to deal with this a-hole. I hope he makes it right. SOON!

I've filed a complaint with paypal and ebay. Ebay wants me to call him now and see what happens. :evil:

Who knows, I may have to call on Tiffany to take care of my leg work... :wink:
