Man that's really nice work. I've been hesitating doing something on my truck for years. My rockers are toasted.
Sometimes it's better to just get out there and get'er done. Probably be easier to get the rocker pieces and rivet them in.its time consuming, but ive done it couple hundred times working at autobody shops.

The correct epoxy primer to use in this application, would be used with air compressor and spray gun. I used vht epoxy. So it probably wont last long. So im going to use rocker guard to give it a rugged look. I did the sliders and rockers with it, and it seems to be pretty bullet proof!Image

Yup, did some more stuff today. Scuffed down front bumper, and used the textured black paint (rocker guard), then scuffed down rear bumper and sides, and painted them with stainless black paint. Came out awsome. Also did bumper step pads with black epoxy spray paint. Not a fan of the out come of those, so im gonna get more of the textured and tackle that anouther day. Then finished off the eavining with an oil change. Im all tuckered out. ImageImageImageImageImage

That looks really good...I've seen a few online with that cut on the front bumper it's a good idea. Nice paint and body work too...my metal bumpers require some serious love soon, lots of surface rust.

Thank you, it was a little project, and having the time to do it was great.
