Year: 1999.5
Make: Nissan
Model: Pathfinder
Trim: SE
Color: White
Transmission: Auto 4x4

This is my pathfinder i bought in early march of 2014. The reason i bought it , was it was such low mileage, 115k and it looked pretty decent. I bought it because i was into off-roading already and wanted to build something different than a jeep. This truck has never let me down , even with only 29 in tires it has brought me through trails where i needed to.

EXTERIOR:
-Removed Front Mud Flaps
-Stock Tire Carrier
-Removed Fender Flares
-Bedlined Half Body
-Skid Plate Replacing Factory Splash Guard

INTERIOR:
-CB radio

TIRES/WHEELS/SUSPENSION:
-Stock Lego rims
-245/75/16 General grabber AT2
-2in Lift Coils From Automotive Customizers

OTHER:
-Remote starter

FUTURE PLANS:
-32in Mud Terrains
-Winch Bumper
-Rear Steel Bumper
-3.75 Negative Backspacing Rims

When i first bought her

Didn't get a chance to grab more pictures of the day i brought her home.

She looks like this now

This last weekend, took a drive up to my buddy's house in Deerfield NH , who also drives a pathfinder , helped me do my spark plugs and distributor cap , whilst he welded in a new battery tray as his was rusted and his battery was about to fall through. Spark plug #6 took at least 30mins -1hour , that plug is such a pain. All in all was a great mod day.

Some pics from the day

Yeah i just did a search on him , whatever happened to him? Would be cool to have an older generation pathfinder with us again. I just talked to my bud, and he said he basically bought it off this guy who was at an impound lot and didn't have the money to get it out of impound, so my buddy paid the impound fees and the guy gave the truck to him for $100

Wow! Good deal!

As for Eric (CT Pathy), he pops inhere once in a while. Last time we saw him was the Back to School Run in 2013 in NY.

Oh wow, well hopefully he'll come back soon and maybe he can re-join his off-roading and come with me a lot since we both have pathfinders haha, i'm pretty sure he'll feel good about another pathfinder out with the group

Just got finsihed with big mod. Which was wheels and tires, i went with Toyota wagon wheels which would make my tires stick out past the strut to fit bigger tires. The tires i went with are BFG All terrains Size: 33 12.50 15. These did not fit on only a 2 inch lift, so i had to modify the plastic guards and also bend both fenders back to make these fit.

Here it is with no trimming.
Image
If driving like that, it would take the bottom of my fender out easily. Quick fix with pair of vice grips and a hammer to bend the fender back about 4 inches.

Got everything all set and mounted the tires back and no rubbing at full lock, only at reverse which i had to cut part of my bumper off.

Here's the final product.

I grow more and more in love with my truck each and every day.

Next on the list is a snorkel!
