Ha. Not quite yet. I won't have the diff until late March.

Everything for titan swap is procured, just waiting on top hats to be made.

In the meantime, have some pics from GPAX's Shocker 11 this past weekend.

Took advantage of a mild winter day to install my intake manifold spacer. No pics as I was laying across the engine for most of the install. X seems to have more pep. Could just be me though.

Also have my body lift to install and have to order gears so I can go 35s

Do you have a manual or automatic?

Long time no update. Let's see. What's been done?
Got my gears. RockAuto ftw!

The Yukon gears are 24 spline. No need for new flanges for me. Also, confirmed with Randy's Worldwide (Yukon tech support) that no spacer is required for OEM locker.

Install kits were ordered from Steeve-o. Hopefully, they show up. All told got 4.10s for right around $945. Not bad.

Also have the 2" body lift sitting in the garage. Was trying to get it on before ECXC, but too many other things going on.

And I tore my diaper, so I gotta take that off and see if I can weld some plate on it to repair it or what. This is the 2nd one I've had. Lasted 6 wheeling trips before it tore.
