Thanks. Yeah, Emily has coined the 2013 Pathfinder as looking like a 'pregnant Rogue'

We were really looking for a 2012, but this one was priced really well and it's the color we wanted.

Nice! Probably a lot easier to access the back seat in the Pathy compared to the X.

The Pathy has been great so far - I also finally got around to spending a weekend rebuilding the suspension on the Camry. Now I have done both front and rear it should last another 200k - sitting at 201,450 miles right now :)

All new front suspension:
Front Strut Assemblies
Front Control Arms
Ball Joints
Inner/Outer Tie rod Ends

Also installed lowering springs at all 4 corners. It looks like it's sagging a bit in the rear, but measuring the body line and the ground clearance under the rockers and it's sitting level - the car just has smaller wheel openings in the rear. Maybe over time the front will start to settle a bit and even out the look.

Also got around to clearing the headlights - seeing at night had become a bit of a chore:

Finally, I got around to putting in a new fuel door cover - Unfortunately, the one I got from the junkyard was just a slightly different color so I wrapped it in some 3M Di-Noc Carbo-Fiber-Look vinyl.

Also I ordered some window vent visors which came with a rear window visor as well as a pair of generic roof racks. Unfortunately, as typical with eBay purchases the rear window visor and the roof racks don't really fit right so they'll need some modification.

Until next time ~

Bobby, what's the product you use for the headlights?

I wetsanded (dish soap and water) with 800grit wet/dry paper followed by 1500 grit wet/dry paper. After that I polish the crap out of it with PlastiX from Meguiars. Total cost of around $25 in materials and there's enough for may different vehicles. I did our Volvo, two F250's and then this and I still have paper and polish left.

Heck of a lot cheaper than buying new lenses.

Not much of an update, but I placed an order with Cherry Hill Nissan and just received the following for the Pathfinder:

NISSAN Hood Protector
NISSAN Splash Guards (x4)

Also installed a rear HUSKY Cargo Liner to keep the dog hair contained. I'll hopefully have some time this week to get them all installed

Last weekend while we were in VT, the Camry was hit by someone parallel parking in front of it. Luckily, they left their number so, if all goes well, I'll be getting it fixed as soon as the insurance company does all of their paperwork. I never get over what a PITA it is to get an insurance claim done in MA. You can see in the picture that there isn't much damage, but it is definitely an eyesore. I wouldn't really care except that I need to drive this car for a while longer.

I am going to use this a a good time to fix the little bit of rust on the car. As you can see in the picture, there is a tiny spot at the tip of the fender. There's also a spot on the trunk.

It's funny to hear that you ordered mudflaps to install on your Pathfinder! :)

Sorry to hear of the fender bender, but like you said, it's not too bad. Could have been worse.

Lol, yeah. I posted that I was looking for them on the Pathfinder forum, but nobody seems to get rid of theirs. I cracked one on the X the first time taking it offroad and I threw the rest away. Who woulda thought I would have to pay for mudflaps, lol.

Got the Oil/Filter changed and the hood protector on. Hope to have the mud flaps on this weekend as well as pick up some new-to-me side steps. Soon, this thing will be the opposite of offroad-ready, lol.

I am going to be re-upping my AMSOIL membership so that I can order all new driveline fluids. If anyone's interested in discounted oils let me know. I also picked up some plasti-dip for my rigs ;)

This past weekend I hit the front grill with some plasti-dip. Turned out pretty good:

Thanks, guys.

I think that I will be dip'n the side-steps as they're a bit faded and probably hit the mud flaps with a coat to match. I may even try to paint the wheels, but I will probably go with a gunmetal color - I've still got a few cans of the duplicolor graphite wheel paint from the X.

I also installed a rear HUSKY floor liner:

I also installed the Weathertech Floor Liners. I'm not really a huge fan on how they did the edges of the rear mat as it almost makes a trip hazard, but we'll see how it performs over time:

What a cute picture of your son, Bobby!

For a minute, I thought he was sitting in the back of an Xterra; the interior of the truck is almost identical to the X.
