I decided to clean this up a bit, I hadn't realized what a mess it was. I'll try to follow the KISS method of build threads from now on :D

Suspension:

- PML with Sway-Away torsion bars and AC adjustable lift shackles

- Rancho RS5000's for 3" lift

- AC Ultra-Low Profile suspension bump stops

- Removed front & rear sway bars

- Moog greaseable upper & lower ball joints

Steering:

- AC idler arm brace

- "New" re-manufactured power steering gear

- Adjusted steer stops out about as far as possible to eliminate rubbing at full clock

- Moog center link

- Deeza greaseable tie rod ends

- AC HD tie rod adjusters

Braking:

- Entire braking system stock for now, plans to upgrade

Wheels/tires:

- U.S. Steel 16"x8", 5" backspacing, matte black Daytonas wrapped in BF Goodrich All-Terrain TA/KO's, 265/75R16

Engine:

- Dual-core S/C radiator

- Removed resonators and baffle from intake

- K&N Drop in filter

- Seafoam treatment every other oil change, running only Mobil-1 Full Synthetic, Mobil-1 oil filters

- Custom CNC machined aluminum tie down clamp and wing nuts, designed and milled 'em myself

- DIY Low-Profile snorkel

Exhaust:

- Doug Thorley Long Tube headers (primary catalytic converters eliminated), OE-style secondary cats, CEL eliminators on rear O2 sensors

- Stock y-pipe and hanger pipe, from the hanger pipe back it's 2 1/2" pipe with a Flowmaster Super 44 muffler.

Driveline:

- All stock, 4x4, 4.9 LSD

- Warn Premium manual locking hubs.

Body:

- Removed all lower mud flap pieces

- Removed front upper mud flap pieces

- Extensive trimming on front bumper

- Removed body side molding

- Removed fender molding

- Bedlined headlight bezels, custom two-tone paint on grille

- Bedlined rocker panels, fenders, doors, emblems, door handles

Electrical:

- (5) 100W Halogen flood driving lights, 3 up front, 2 out back

- Pair of Hella FF75 spot lights mounted underneath OEM upper bumper

- Aftermarket headunit with aux. input

- Cobra 19 DX IV CB, Firestik2 4' antenna with 18' Firestik Firering coax, Workman PA speaker

- Amber LEDs in map lights, dome lights, and a strobe set up through cabin (one under each front seat, one in each front footwell, one in each rear footwell, one on each end of LOBO rack)

Storage:

- Small tool box with enough hand tools to do all the work I've done on the truck and then some

- Pair of military mortar tins housing recovery gear, extra fluids, etc.

Recovery:

- 20' 30,000lb recovery strap, extra clevis shackles, rope, clevis shackle in hitch receiver, stock recovery hook up front

Other:

- Hood rod mod (gas struts)

- Lots of decals, rust, hand grenade transfer case knob, flash suppressor transmission shift knob, rust, baby seat mod, a little dirt, a little mud, some leaves and sticks, lots of love, rust.

Possible future projects:

- DIY limb risers

- OBA & Power inverter

- Tube pre-runner bumper & rear tire carrier

- Sliders

On to some pics!

The dash looks good painted. Good luck with the suspension install.

Thanks, Tom!

The torsion bars have me a tad worried, they're pretty rusted into their anchors. The rest I'm not so worried about, everything looks pretty clean elsewhere.
