I have never known the man to fail...ever. He is one of the smartest people I know and one of the elite folks to be on the trail with. I learn at least one thing new whenever we wheel or work on a truck.
He can be intimidating to noobs and folks he does not know, a man of little patience who will not suffer a fool for a moment.
Why he hangs out with me I have yet to figure out.

Dave was my trail leader at my first ecxc (2009). Great guide and trail leader. Hosted my body lift mod day. Loves Frank Sinatra. Doesn't get any better than that.

OK, so if you been wasting your spare time reading through this thread you know about my seal housing assembly in my rear locker and the theory behind the break.

In June my friends Dave (Bandit4x4) and Andy (WhiteX2000) bought me a cool ARB CKSA12 Compact Onboard Air Kit as a gift with the hope of not having to help me work on my junk heap in the near future. The kit consists of a small compressor, a switch and wiring harness designed by ARB to activate up to two ARB air lockers.

Thanks guys.

I tried to install it before ECXC by putting it in place of the co2 tank so that I wouldn’t have to re plumb the locker solenoids but wasn’t happy about the way it looked. I also felt uncomfortable not having both my co2 tanks with me during a three day wheeling event (yeah yeah, overkill, but that's me). I ended up pulling it out and hooking my co2 back up for ECXC.

I thought I might be able to fit it in the space under the rear floor where the OEM jack is stored. Bah, doesn’t fit.

I decided to try to put it on the co2 bracket in place of the co2 manifold. This way I wouldn’t have to lose my co2 and don’t have to re-plumb the lines.

Right to left; small compressor for lockers, “rock lights”, front facing light bar on roof, strobe lights, changes strobe pattern. Thanks to Kelly “RacerXXL” over on ClubX for the idea and help on the rocker switches.
The light bar and “rock lights” are wired up to the fuse/relay in the truck but mounting the lights and the exterior to interior wiring still need to get done.
