I haven't actually done it but I have replacement seat backs for the rears because I lost my cushions and buying the whole assembly was cheaper than looking for cushions and it looks like it's not more than a few bolts, maybe 6 for each seat back if I remember correctly.

I broke all the bolts when I removed mine, but it's not surprising since I was just trying to get it done and, since they are never going back in, I didn't worry about being gentle.
