I measured, and they are 32.5" actual diameter, by the way. The Swampers were just a hair over 30"... so I gained about 1.25" of effective lift. Sweeeet!

A couple more pics, now the rain has stopped:

any rubbing on the frame, or is your backspacing sufficient with those rims?

Those are the stock rims. And as far as I can tell, they're not rubbing on anything.

It ususally only happens when the wheel is all the way over in either direction on mine. Its a pretty good rub on mine. I'd be interested to see if yours do. If not... I have to figure out why mine are

That's one of the reasons I decided on the 285's instead of the 305's

Yup, same as mine. I haven't had a chance to flex it at all, but at full lock in either direction nothing rubs.

Did you adjust your steering stops?

actually... no. I dont even pretend to know what those are or how to adjust them. I would be grateful for any info you have on that.

There are 4 total (2 on each front wheel).

Here is a pic of the drivers side front steering stop. The other one is on the back side of the lower control arm and looks the same.

To adjust it, there are 2 parts to it, the silver 'cap' and the lock nut (the larger nut). Just loosen the lock nut, adjust the stop as necessary, and tighten it back down. Then slather some grease on there for good measure.

thats awesome... although you would have needed to gain a full 2" to be at the low end of what they say the average size is... however i'm sure Kim will be happy none the less...
