I have had both and I think they are both good. I did blow my Milemarkers apart, but I'm not sure how I did it, the bolts could have been loose. Both have issues with the bolts backing out, but the Milemarker does come with better bolts, hex bolts, similar to the auto hubs, while the Warns come with studs and bolts, which many replace with hex bolts.
Several people say the Warns are stronger, but I have not wheeled mine hard enough to find out, my Milemarkers held up well, but blew during a heavy snow storm...I don't think the snow is what did it.

I know the Warns are in demand, someone tried stealing mine while I was working out @ the gym. (Many concluded that due to the locktight used the cap assembly did not fall off on its own.)
