Since the Red Sox/Yankees Thread is now a dead issue I thought it would be fun (annoying to my Red Sox friends here) to start a Yankee Thread.

A dominate Yankee team showed up last night. CC, very tough and who is this third baseman? I?ve never seen him in post season before.
One of my brother-in-laws was at both LA games sporting his Yankee gear. He got abused at game one but had a great time last night.
Not that it made a difference last night but I?m amazed at how bad the umpiring has been during this post season. WTF is going on?

I was at game 2 with my son and a few friends on Saturday and, of course, stayed until the end. It would have really sucked if they had lost but that made it even more fun when they won. The whole crew went to Wo-Hop in Chinatown for Beef Won Ton and Clams in Black Bean Sauce afterwards. We got home at around 3am.

Totally on the same page with you with the umps...man have they blown some EASY calls! You know they are easy when you can tell on tv if someone is out before they even do the replay. And I'm not saying in favor of the yankees...I'm just saying general. For example the Cano Posada goof at 3rd base. That's a double play!!
