A day at Yankee Stadium!

Who?s that handsome guy making a leaping, snow cone catch at the 408 mark in center field at Yankee Stadium?

that?s right it?s yours truly. I was invited to Yankee Stadium today as part of a Ben. Moore Paints promotional day by one of the guys I go to Yankee games with. It was not a game (Yankees are in Tampa Bay) but we got to play around on the out field, tour the club house, hang around the dugout and meet a couple of former players.
Got to hit a few balls by the 318 mark in the outfield;

Played catch in center field;

My buddies and I hanging out in the Yankee dugout!

Me and Joe Peppertone;

My friend Brian, Joe Pepertone, me, Greg Nettles and Mike Torres;

and they autographed a baseball for me (not Brian :roll:

).
Me in Monument Park next to Micky?s plaque.

It was a great day!

Actually if you want some Yankee Stadium grass come up here to Westchester. My HS football/baseball teams get the grass replaced by what comes out of Yankee stadium. Anyone interested just google Memorial Field in either Pelham or Mount Vernon. When the stadium replaces the sod we get the remanents to sod our fields. :lol:
