Installed Vance & Hines Shortshots and a high flow air filter on the Roadster. Tuned it with a V&H Fuelpak FP3

That thing sounds good!

Now I think you should consider Kenn's advice on earplugs.

Nope, I enjoy the sound. It's one of the reasons I now ride a Harley...
I've always enjoyed the sound of a bike winding out. Back when I was living the "S.Q.U.I.D" life on four cylinder Japanese sport bikes I'd power shift in the red so I could feel the pull and hear it scream. I still like when someone on a bike screams past me...

Installed Ronald Sands Design "Slant" high flow air filter and flipped the mirrors on the Roadster today.
Running pretty nice at the moment. Need to auto tune with the FP3 next time out.

What do you mean you flipped the mirrors? You just swapped sides? What does that do? Just better looks?

Normally it positions them under the handlebars. Gets them out of the way.
Been a long time... I could be wrong.

A "sportster" mod. I see mostly my elbows with the mirrors in the sock position...plus I like the look of them under. I see more but have to look down. Going to live with it a bit and see what I like better. Simple mod; 1/2" socket, stock right mirror under left, stock left under right, adjust so they don't hit the tank at lock and view...easy.

I can see a vanity plate on a car or truck, but on a motorcycle? Really? I can almost start humming "you're so vain . . . ." :D

Bike looks good.
