I have been looking at the maps lately, and I came up with what might be a very nice ride as soon as the weather warms up.

Northwest Connecticut Loop

This would be a bit of a haul for the NY riders, but hopefully some of the CT riders would like to participate. I know Eric is right nearby the start and finish of this route.

Well, it'd take me about 2hrs to get there, so it'd have to be a pretty nice day. We'll have to see.

Yup; I remember seeing that route on my friend who has a Motorcycle Road Map.

I'm game as long as I can finish breaking in my bike before then. (still have about 650 miles to go)

It's a bit of a haul just for me to get there from NJ. Something more along the Hudson Valley would work better. Maybe meeting at Rye New York, and heading up to West Point or one of the Hudson Valley winerys. Or if you really want to ride, head up to Woodstock.

I don't have a motorcycle, but if I got one the first place I would take it would be the Kangamangus highway :D

You should get on top of that. I just got back from going for a 20 mile ride. I went by Riders, but no bikes were in the lot tonight. I continued down towards exit 36, hopped on northbound and got off at 37 which is my exit. I continued past the house, down mainstreet, headed down towards the Oakville line, and circled back to home.

Tomorrow I will most likely be riding around in the afternoon if my doctor's appointment runs too late to make the drive to work worth it.
