I got a temp plate for my bike last Saturday, and took it to work. I went to Marcus Dairy in Danbury, CT on Sunday to hang out with all the other bikes. I was shocked, but very happy to see all the attention my bike drew. I have been riding it to work every day, and this morning I finally got my permanent plate. The bike qualified for an early American plate, so I paid the $2 extra and got one.
I still have a few things to work out on the bike, but it has definitely made the commute to work more enjoyable. Even my wife says she can tell how much happier I am after riding.
