not sure if there are any other trout fisherman here but today was opening day. What a perfect day for the temp to reach the mid-60's! However due to all the rain on Monday most of the streams were high and muddy. However I was able to catch a nice 14 inch brown.

It was a nice compared to what we've had.
Congratulations on the catch.

man, ive gone out like 5 times already down here and have yet to catch a trout yet. even went on opening day and was the first one there and nobody caught anything. i guess its a bad year for trout in Maryland.

well, they stock the streams more then the ponds down here. they cut the number of fish they put in down by like 1500 fish this year for some reason. i saw 3 caught on opening day and that was 1 at each of the 3 different streams i went to. pathetic.
