Here is what I followed to make up the salad but I tripled the quantity. All Recipies Broccoli Delight Salad The nuts were chopped almonds instead of sunflower kernels since I couldn't find them at the time of shopping. As far as broccoli quantity though it converts to too little since I only used the floretts and no stems, so I had 5 Lbs (didn't measure the broccoli) instead of 3 Lbs like the recipie called for since there was so much dressing. The family recipie that I can't find also had a cup of chedder cheese and also stated to boil the raisins for 5 mintues to soften them up which I didn't have time to prepare the raisins, sorry guys & gals.

Ingredients
5 cups fresh chopped broccoli
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
10 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 cup sunflower kernels
Directions
1.In a large bowl, combine broccoli, raisins and onion. In a small bowl, combine sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli; toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon and sunflower seeds; toss.

Hope everyone enjoyed it.

that was a great salad.
between that and the buffalo and nacho dips, all I needed was a chair and a fork (and a plate). Follow that with Scott's chicken and I would have been happy to sleep next to the fire (as long as I didn't need to move)

A fast quick way for the dressing:
Dump in a bottle of Kraft Coleslaw dressing (no need to add sugar/vingar/mayo)

Don,
That salad was GREAT!
Sam and I really enjoyed it.
As Mike said, this salad and the nacho dips were amazing.
Of course, it complimented Scott's chicken nicely. ;)
