You will need a LARGE coffee mug!! Follow this recipe exactly as written......I am not responsible if you don't add the chocolate!!!
2 Tablespoons of flour
3 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
1 Large Egg
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil (not olive oil!!!)
2 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips (mmmmmmmmmmmmm)
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Add All the DRY ingredients to the large mug & mix well
Pour in the milk and vegetable Oil and stir well
Add the Chocolate Chips and Vanilla nd stir well
Put the mug in the Microwave and cooks about 2 minutes.....the cake may rise above the top of the mug, don't panic!!
Remove Mug from microwave....I dump some extra chocolate chips over the hot cake so it melts like icing (ok ok I love chocolate!)
Let the cake cool a little and then you can tip it out onto a plate or eat it right out of the mug.....it will be hot...
Now it's not a terrific over the top cake, but if you're desperate for a quick cake fix, this is it!!!
