Here are some of my bacon creations (will add more from time to time).

The recipe for the venison seen above (requested by Ken)

This is for ~2lb venison tenderloin.

1 cup brown sugar, add soy sauce til moistened, then slather over the tenderloin. Marinate about 1 hr (or longer if you want).

Wrap with bacon, and place on a broiler pan into a preheated 350 degree oven for approx. 30 mins.
(The broiler pan will the let the grease drain off)

Let rest a few minutes, slice into thick medallions and serve!

(I served this with a potato + parsnip puree).

I think I'm in love! I will definately try out your recipes, great appearance in the picture! I am addicted to bacon! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Had a bunch of green tomatoes, so in addition to pickling about 10lbs of them, I made some fried green tomatoes...

Behold the updated BLT - the BWLFGT (BaconWeave Lettuce Fried Green Tomato)

1. Make a bacon weave:
