I use Frank's Red Hot Sauce and follow the basic recipe on that (I think it's a 1/2 stick of butter and a 1/2 cup of sauce) to that I add:
3 cloves crushed Garlic
1 package of Italian dressing seasoning (Good Seasons)
Tabasco sauce - to taste LOTS
Freshly ground black pepper
Melt the butter in a sauce pan and add the other ingredients and warm over low heat
Toss the cooked wings (I deep fry them, but you can do it in the oven) and your done!
Easy

Little trick we used at the bar was to double fry the wings. Cook wings till crispy and drain oil. Then as orders came in we would refry to reheat and crisp up again and then coat with sauce. Use some seasoned flour to coat before the first fry.

BUFFALO WING SAUCE (HOMEMADE)
hEY THERE FELLOW HOT WING LOVERS
I use 1 large can of plain tomato sauce and add as much hot sauce as my tongue can stand (some like it super hot) so keeping tasting as you add small amounts of your favorite hot sauce a little a time) before your pour the sauce over the wings. Remember you can always ADD hot sauce to increase the "fire" , once it is in the there you can't remove it!
I add a little melted butter and a tablespoon of white vinegar, salt & pepper to taste and pour over DEEP FRIED and drained wings, then bake in the over uncovered about 30 mintues uncovered so the heat kind of dries the sauce a bit as it will thicken the sauce.
The wings are very "saucy", so use lots of napkins (or a shirt with sleeves if you're a guy!)
I love to cook and like this site very much! I will help with any recipe I can! I also add recipes if I feel someone might be nterested. Thanks, Gene I know you will love the Sausage Biscuit Gravy Recipe and it is fairly easy to make.
