OK I thought of this because last night we ordered Pizza from a new Pizza place and it was terrible. And it got me thinking of when I was kid I use to make "Muffin Pizza's" which unlike the pizza we got last night taste pretty good.

here's what you do:

1.Take an English muffin (Thomas English muffins work and taste the best)
cut it open and place on a small cookie sheet or Pizza tray.

2.Apply your favorite sauce

3.Apply Mozzerella Cheese

4.Place in your oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.

and TA-DA!!!!! a quickie Pizza!!! Mmmmm Mmmmm Good!

I still make these....with pepperoni and that Sargento 6-cheese blend!!!

Another take on this is english muffin with a slice of tomato and a slice
of good cheese over top....pop it in the oven till the cheese turns bubbly.
My mom used to make it for us all the time.

Yeah I'll have to make some..

I've never had one on a muffin before, but I have made them on bagels. Sorta like the bagel bites you can buy in the store except a large bagel.. ;)
