OK since I had so many people ask for the recipie for the salad at the run, figured I would at least post it here. So in case you forgot to PM me for it.............. :guns: :oops:

1 package Premio Mild Italian Sausage [1.4 lb pkg] (cooked as per directions, cooled and diced 0.5 inch)
3 medium potatoes, peeled, diced 0.5 inch, cooked and cooled (peel and cook whole & then cut)
3 Granny Smith Apples, unpeeled, diced 0.5 inch
1.5 cups celery, diced 0.25 inch
1.5 cups red onions, sliced
0.75 cup olive oil
3 ounces lemon juice
2 oz cider vinegar
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
0.25 cup sugar
0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
0.75 cup walnuts, chopped

Combine all ingredients well and allow to marinate overnight.

Serves 6 to 8

And since I have a food allergy I made sure I had a copy of the recipie on site for the EMTs (just in case) which was given to Dagger after the event. :D Know how it feels going to an ER not knowing why you can't breathe. :oops:[/b]
