Hey does anyone know if a winch is mandated for the stock trail? I'd hate to drive 6hours if I can't wheel?

Mike , just front and rear tow points and decent tires
trail is new so should be pretty firm
I will double check though

Meeting went very well,
Thank you Dave and Mike (Bear) for attending

many topics were hit on.
NEA Fall Crawl Sept 8th in N.H. needing more sign ups
I will share the link on the main page.

a Brookridge open run coming up soon.

possibly a event in Oct 2/3 week at the Monson hill clubs trails.

a new club was voted in Backyard Built off road

NWOR.. North woods off road , hosted the meeting right at the park.
$20.00 lets you run the trails all day.
the new green trail was opened up to wheel after the meeting ,
Mike and I both ran the trail and was fun .
after Mike hoped in with me for a very challenging Black trail.
popped a bead on L/F tire made the L/R rim a little smaller..lol
lost another tail light and the diff plug in the rear..lost all the gear oil..lol
new plug and oil and off we went.
all in all a very fun day..will be going back soon for another run at that trail..lol

Glad you guys had fun. How was the stock trail? Comparable to GG or tougher? And how long was it?

Gremlin seems longer, but Jericho was tougher, I was actually a little nervous as we started out. But took it slow and the new tires and suspension really helped. Came down hard at one point and got my first battle scar ;) didn't know it until I got to my dads place in Maine. Broke the mount where the trailer hitch light connector is, not a big deal at all just bent it back and all is good.

Now the blacks were insane! I was speechless at times , with Ernie giggling next to me it was a great day. I really enjoyed it and hanging with Eric, Wolfman, Rob,Scott and Ernie was great!

See you at B2SR

Stock is a relative word...a stock jeep or a rubi yes
Brenda took hers but it had a 2 inch lift,
a stock open open xterra not so much.....
the green is 33s a lift and a locker and as it gets run it will be harder.
sat was the first open run in there for the green.
The Black is a true Black and a jeep trail like the bridge trail.
with almost red options but with go arounds
green trail is around 1 mile long for now and was fun.
the Black is 3.5 miles long and takes around 4-5 hrs to run.
the next goal is to expand the green trail into a Blue section that is blocked off By the black trails right now.
so trying to get access to those trails through the green side instead of the black.
is next to have Green Blue and Black trails.
there was a Rubi 4 dr. with us on the black but he had the wrong tires for the terrain
they loaded up with mud and that was it. he bailed.

You will need to go with a NEXTERRA Member as a guest. It is not an open run but it is a fine event!
