The next and final NEA meeting for 2012 is on Saturday, Nov. 3, and is being hosted by NEXTerra! If you have never been to one of the NEA meetings, I suggest you attend at least one to see what the NEA is all about.

Details for the meeting location are as follows:
-----------------------------------------------------
Sturbridge Federated Church - Saturday November 3 from 10 am to 3 pm

8 Maple Street Sturbridge MA 01566

If you wish to run Gremlin after, the property is about 7 miles and 10 minutes away. Reminder that Gremlin Graveyard is $20 per truck to wheel.

Directions
-----------
If using Mass Pike, off at Exit 9 for Sturbridge. Once through the tolls, take the first exit for Rte 20 West (Brimfield)
Less than a mile off the exit be in the far left lane as at the major light, you will be getting onto Rte 131 East. Once on Rte 131E , about half a mile down, at the light, turn left onto Maple Street. The church is on the right. There is also a parking lot behind the town hall on the left.

If using Rte 20, East or West, take Rte 131East at the Rtes 20/131 lights - Maple is a half a mile down on the left at the next signal. See above.

If using Rte 131West, Maple is the right at the light after the Publick House/ Sturbridge Common.

For Rte 84 from CT: 84 East into Mass to second Exit 3 for Rte 20 WEST ( this should be last exit before Mass Pike tolls). Follow to lights at Rte 131 East (far left lane). Maple is half mile down at light.

How friendly is Gremlin Graveyard for stock vehicles? I did some searching and some of the pics/vids make it look doable but, honestly, I've only had my new Pro for about a month (almost to the 1200 mile nissan recommended "break in" mark) and so my appetite for damage isn't very high just yet. That being said...I've never been much of a granny driver either. :-)

I'll try and make it out just to meet some folks either way.

I took my stock 04 (32" tires) out there earlier this year on a members only run. No damage but I did nothing stupid and had good spots to assist since I had no armor. It was a great time. That is where I realized I needed to get armor ASAP.

Remove your mud flaps & side steps if any. Like Dave did, if you are careful & ask for help/listen to spotters, you should be fine. My first time at Gremlin was all stock too.

You could also ride shotgun with someone else to get a first hand feel of the place. I'm sure there'll be a few of us with open seats.

We could use extra sets of hands this Saturday at the NEA meeting with the following:

- arranging the tables and chairs before the meeting begins
- setting up lunch
- cleaning up after lunch
- putting the tables and chairs back to their original setting

Please post up if you will be attending and can help out.

Thank you!
