Small update...
The meeting should be near GG in Sturbridge Ma.
they are going to do some wheeling at GG after the meeting.
Still waiting for the exact place for the meeting to be held.

We should have them have a meeting for once in NYS and then take them wheeling on Roby's land. It will knock their socks off!

Any Club can host a meeting any where so

Are there any buildings there in your area that would seat 50-75 people?

Hey, where a small town (we call ourselves a city), but heck, yes. There are two colleges! Besides, I probably have access to a school.

If we could host an NEA meeting, that would be a big plus for us. Could you look into what it would take to reserve a conference room at one of the colleges, Scott?

We can add it on in the officers section and get some feed back on it over the year and then we can put in for a date and location to hold a meeting.

attendence is around 30 people for the meetings
so the venue does not need to be to large

If there is wheeling they do 1-2 hours of wheeling tops so that everyone can get back home.
also the average # of rigs that might wheel depending on the location is 4-6 rigs. Max .over any host Club # of rigs.

I think it's a great idea.
