we closed the year out with voting on updating the NEA web site for 2011.
meeting ended at 2:10pm
I covered us for the 4th and the 8th at Gremlin graveyard
was told that there were 2 Bow hunters in the woods there Oct 30th,
so Mike and I may have to deal with that on the runs.
They don't have permission to be there but that will not stop them.
Mike a hunter orange piece of clothing may be suggested, I wear one at the Rez this time of year.
Also the NEA pres. is sending me the owners permission letter for the NEA clubs for that property.
Just in case we need it.

And the first NEA meeting is on Jan 8th 2011 in Milford Ma. :bang: :bang:
Hosted by The Freedom Trail Riders

Thanks for attending this.
The hunters are a very scary thing and I would suggest some ?don?t shoot me orange? gear for any run. I don?t know how things work in MA but in NY and PA the state game wardens have any other state authority. Maybe they should be contacted?
Cool about the letter.
I guess NEXTerra will miss the first NEA meeting of next year?

Aparently the hunters have been there for years.
Do to it's seclusion it is a great place to hunt.
when we were first cutting the trails and signing them
we came across tree stands and turkey hides.
The owners are aware that people are going there hunting without permission but it is to large to police for it.
no tresspassing signs are posted but the land can be entered by walking in from multiple different areas.
I guess I'll just have to leave my hat home

I was not able to attend this meeting. Between work yesterday afternoon, and then a last minute event last night, I couldn't go. Thanks, Ernie, for covering.

Can we be excused for the January meeting?

No.... They all know of the Event on the 8th,
so calling in sick :freak: won't work.
I hope that If we have a member not going wheeling
at the Mass. area that maybe they can attend the meeting for the club instead.
