Micah,
Scott only recently fixed my account settings so that I could get into the site and get the emails that are sent out. I'm not sure what it is that he did, but it appears to be working now. Unfortunately, I just got the email and this post and it's too late for me to change my plans.
I'll post up on NEXterra to see if it's possible that someone there can step up on short notice.
