Let me know if you're interested:

"Moose Mountain" Cut & Wheel
Springfield NH

Bring Shovels, gloves, chainsaw, clippers, and your rig.

Pack a lunch, bring bug spray, and lots of water. There are a lot of blackberry bushes with THORNS, so long pants are nice.

[b]DIRECTIONS:
Take I-89 North to exit #11.
Take RT-11 EAST into Andover.
The meeting spot is just beyond the intersection of rt 11 and rt 4A at the Blackwater Junction Restaurant & Store

The store at the meeting spot has food, gas, air, and sundries. There will be some road travel to the property from there. You can park extra vehicles and trailers at the meeting spot.

I've got a wedding that weekend. Prolly won't be able to make it.

Mike, are you going? I've got something on my calendar but I'm trying to clear it up.

I think I'm going to try to make it.
I need to make sure my wife hasn't booked anything, but if it's clear, it only makes sense to have a UNYX presence there.

I would really like to go. Zach has a cross country meet, but I'll see what I can do.

Mike you got any information on the day itself? Is it garbage or is it cutting trees type of stuff?

I'm thinking about bringing Mandy and Bray. I'll just throw Bray on my back and go from there.

Would be a nice day for some driving.

My take is that it's tree cutting and general clearing.
So, it could be real grunt work.

It's only 2 1/2 hours away for me and I'm 95% sure I'm going as we (UNYX) need to get out and fly our colors at something like this to show our participation in more than just the meetings.

Alright, doesn't sound like I'll be putting Bray on my back for that. :)

But I'm gonna see if I can convince Mandy to come and she can take care of Bray during the day.

That *should* be a gorgeous drive with the route I'd have to take to get up there and back.

Actually, I'm going to look into a bed and breakfast or something, make a weekend out of it.

true.
I'm going to see if I can get any of the NEXterra group to get up there as well. Since there's some wheeling involved, it could be a decent enough day all around.

Copy / Paste from my NEXterra post:

Just got back from it and it was a great time.
My truck has more mud on it than I've seen in some time and it may take a good long while before the undercarriage looks black again.

While I feel like I didn't do too much overall to help on the trail cleanup, we did beat down a pretty good path AND we have a standing invite to go back as a group and help clean up some more. I have the site saved in my GPS so it'd be relatively easy to get to.

It's a great trail and will only get better as it's driven some. Clay and I reached a point fairly well in where we'd seen enough to know that there could be a higher pucker factor if we went deeper, but I am sure we could have made it with the right spotter and enough time to make sure it was a good line.

I had to get winched twice, but while it sucked out some of my pride, I would rather give up a little bravado and not snap something than to press ahead and end up having to replace something that couldn't keep up with my ego.

But, we did the xterra's proud because we didn't turn back where the jeepers told us it'd be ok to park and we didn't stop until it did hit that point pretty far in where it could have involved a little carnage due to the mud and new conditions of the trail.

If anyone wants to join me and take these guys up on their offer to help clear and cut, let me know. It's a great trail and there's more than enough for a day of wheeling. Right now, you should have 33's and full protection because there's still some bumps in the road, but once we go out there a few times, it's likely that we could find a good mix of trails that would be fun for everyone.
