Is this something I can check out? That is like a half hour or so from me.

I'll put that in my calendar to attend. Mike, if you want to meet me there and join me, feel free.

By then, my X will have a BL and other mods in place, so we could have some fun - even on class IV roads.

I'm here and,as of 15 minutes ago, UNYX was voted in as a full member of NEA4WD.

I'll post more tonight when I get home.

By the way, I rode my motorcycle the two hours up thinking that it'd be warm enough and a good, relaxing ride.

Three + hours after arriving, my toes are still cold.

It might not have been the best idea.

You know what... it's my pleasure.

The NEA4WD is a great group and I'm glad to be part of the whole thing - including representing another great group as part of the effort.

The ride home was a monster pain in the rear (literally, as that was about 600 miles on my bike that I'd done in two days), so I got home and had a good dinner and drinks rather than do the notes - but I'll do them tomorrow as I do some work.

In general, we (UNYX) need to position ourselves to be ready to contribute more as we go through the year than may have been initially thought as there are a number of things that NEA can do to make things much better for us that we're only now scratching the surface of.

All in all, I think joining NEA was a great step. The benefits alone far outweigh the costs - which I believe will soon become more apparent. That said, I think we all need to sign up for the fall crawl the moment it's listed as open and fill up as many of the 250 slots as we can so that we can show that we're as serious about this as the jeepers are. If we don't, we're missing a big opportunity.

more later.
