If I am in the area I will try and make this. I am trying to put a trip together to go out west. Not sure of the dates yet.

My rear axle crapped out on me yesterday so I'm not going to be able to make this run :( .

That sucks. What happened? I haven't heard of too many rear axles going.

I really wanted to get to this, especially since now I have the lockers installed, but unfortunately family business requires my presence elsewhere on the 6th.

Have a blast guys!

Since I signed up my Daughter has expressed interest in coming along. Other than a signed waver do I need to do anything to sign her up as my guest / 2nd driver in my Xterra?

That's all that's needed. She can just sign the same waiver as you.

It was a combination of things. Rear wheel bearing blew on my way home from Rausch. When I opened the diff to replace it the spider gears were trashed. Image

But I have a donor diff lined up and ill have it swapped by the weekend.

Just a reminder:

To run the harder trails at Summit & then MaBell, I recommend you have - 32" or bigger aggressive tires, lift, skids/sliders, front & rear tow points & some experience wheeling. A locker would be nice but not essential. Potential to scrape & drag over rocks is very high.

There are stock friendly trails at Summit. MaBell is for modified only. I might potentially have an empty seat, in case anyone from the stock group wants to ride along for MaBell.
