I think it's safe to say with early June one week away this event isn't going to happen.
So if you have other plans, do them. Nexterra has some runs happening the first couple weekends in June.

OK, so how about starting a new poll for some different dates for later in the summer? I still think it's a good idea......?

Yes! We can just make the saturday cookout the Meet 'n' Greet for anyone not interested in the rest of the trip. How bout it?

that was the idea. i was kind of looking at it as two events. wine tasting / cookout-campout.
