For some reason can't find them past 04. Are they built into the control arm on the 05+ models?

No need, answered my own question but thanks anyway! The 05 and up upper control arms come with both bushings and the ball joint. Easy peasy
|

In my experience its easier to just replace the whole UCA than trying to press new ball joints into the original arms. YMMV
