What's the advantage to having the hardbody ones compared to the automatic stock or the Warn manual ones?

?Cause they look sooo cool! 8)

 IMHO the advantage is only if you?re taking your truck on the rocks. Auto hubs will briefly unlock when you back up then lock right back up again; if you?re stuck in a rock garden this is a disadvantage. It is a pain all the other times because you need to get out of your truck every time you want to lock or unlock your hubs. IMHO if you plan to wheel your truck hard manuals are best. If not autos are best.
The hard body hubs use your OEM bolts to attach them to your truck rather than the BS way the WARNs attach. They don?t stick out any farther than your OEM autos whereas the WARNs stick out more and tend to get trashed on the rocks. Your OEM autos and the HB hubs are stronger than the WARNs.

I ran my autos for years and if I did not fall into a deal on my Nissan manuals I would have kept my autos until they broke. When it?s raining or if there?s a snow storm I miss my autos when the cold wetness is running down my neck as I?m locking my hubs.
$20 is a great deal.

Yeah... I have brand new warn.... I just don't want to get out of my truck for my hubs to lock so I've kept my OEM!

$20 each is a STEAL for those hubs!
I ran a milemarker set that was supposed to be used on a hardbody pickup.
Same exact hubs on first gen X's and frontiers.

Very cool, and cheap.
