 Post subject: Spherical Bearings Replacement?

I got my replacement bearings from Bandit 4x4 and they came with a great set of instructions. However I can't find instructions on the replacement of the spherical bearings. I plan on doing both at the same time. If some one has done this already please let me know. Thanks!! :D
