Sorry, I'm sure it's on here somewhere but I suck at searching.

What power steering fluid should I buy for my '04 X? The manual only talks about genuine Nissan PSF.

I have to add some, like now...

But isn't all power steering fluid the same? I know brake fluid is rated differently, but I didn't think PSF was. I could be wrong.

Here is what the ESM has listed for the fluids. ESM Fluids

You can use ATF as well. That's what I run in mine.

Well to be quite honest I had notations for the NAPA part # equivalent for most of the odd stuff. But upon my last format/beta testing (home server) :roll: I lost all that data (3 HDDs wiped) so off to go bug NAPA for the numbers again. :oops:

I'll make sure to update with notations once I get to NAPA again.

I used some Penzoil with stop leak additive in it, in mine with good results. ;)

Well if you have a good product that backs up a TB or more within an hour let me know. :lol: Otherwise I'll stay with Ghost. :wink:

Besides once I get Home server installed it will do my backups automatically nightly. Just can't forget to not install another OS without researching first :P
