Hello everyone, I'm from MA and currently own a stock 08 Xterra. I've never taken my xterra offroad but I'm looking to learn and hopefully hit a trail or two.

I installed a 2" lift recently and bilsteins 5100. I've been driving around with the lift kit for about a month. Currently have some vibrations. I didn't install shims thinking it wasn't necessary.

Also, I maybe putting on larger tires and will need to get rid of the current ones. Would anyone be interested in purchasing my 265/70r17 BFgoodrich rugged terrain? Roughly 1 year old with +/-7k miles in great shape.

A question for the forum, are there any posts with a list of reputable shops in New England?

Mine is also an SE! Nice to see someone else local with the High Roller Edition wanting to do more with it.

Can't really speak for any shops, we all tend to do driveway builds in this area. I rely on my dealership and Firestone for things I don't think I can handle on my own. However, there are quite a few of us nearby, so if you have a (warm, dry, beer-stocked) place for us to work we can all band together and make a day of it.

Off the top of my head, there's me in JP, Thomas (above) in the South End, Phong (c3po) in Brookline, and David (Rusty) up in Everett, maybe Jordan (MainerX) coughcoughif it's not beneath him to drive from Methuen coughcough. There's a concentration down in the South Shore and RI as well - did a lot of my work in driveways in Warwick and Marshvegas.
