Man, he is cute. Labs are great dogs; it's the only kind of dog I have had since I was a kid, until Dagger.

Great looking puppy. Labs stay puppies for four or five years.

Good luck with him.;)

Better believe it, he's my new copilot. :) Since the wife can't go and my buddy Jim won't be able to go everytime....Blu can! :)

LOL! I just noticed in the first picture, he's peeing on the blanket! He was very nervous on the way home.

So he has everything backwards....doesn't use the great outdoors as bathroom...he likes to use my friggin rugs..

Take him outside...won't go...bring him in...10 second later...mess everywhere....he does this on a consistant basis. Gotta figure that one out!

what a cute pup..

when does he normally pee/poop? most likely morning, afternoon, and night.. try feeding him, then taking him outside right after- run him around for a few minutes.. he should go. when he does, praise him and take him back niside AS SOON as he's done pottying. he'll get the idea.

in the mean time, take a spray bottle with water and some white vinegar.. mix it up and spray the area of the rug where he went already- the vinegar penetrates the scent so ur pup nolonger thinks he pee'd there [ie, making it so he doesnt go there again because he thinks its ok]..

and as always, puppies nap a lot, if it's possible- take him outside after he wakes up.. he'll potty then too. if u seem him go to pee on the rug, stearnly say no, scoop him up and take him outside- say 'potty outside'.. he'll probably look at u like 'wtf'.. but eventually he'll get it. i can get my doggies to pee/poopon command now just by telling them 'go potty'.. it comesin handy before a long car ride, etc..
